In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and for the purpose of providing security, ensuring the protection and privacy of personal data, as well as regulating their access, handling, rectification, objection, and cancellation, MACAI INVEST-IN LLC issues the following Privacy Notice.
 
MACAI INVEST-IN LLC (hereinafter referred to as “UFLOAT APP”), with its fiscal address at Rosemer Cir, Orlando, Florida, United States of America, ZIP Code 32835, is responsible for collecting your personal data, for the use given to such data, and for their protection. All information requested, collected, or received by MACAI INVEST-IN LLC—whether in physical form, through applications, platforms, interfaces, websites, electronically, or by any other means through which MACAI INVEST-IN LLC becomes aware of and handles such information—shall be understood as personal data provided through the aforementioned means. Such data will consist mainly of the personal information necessary and essential for contracting, identification, administration, operation, transfer, and any activities indispensable for the provision and/or receipt of services, commercial transactions, communication, or any exchanges between individuals registered, validated, and authenticated on our platform, application, or website. These data may also be used to disclose, inform, and promote our products and services among employees, providers, clients, and service providers who previously have access, authorization, and authentication to establish communication channels with MACAI INVEST-IN LLC.

The personal data to which MACAI INVEST-IN LLC has access, requests, or manages from employees, providers, clients, and service providers include, among others: full name (for individuals) or business name (for legal entities), place and date of birth or incorporation, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), Mexican Social Security Institute number (IMSS), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), email address, location data, residence, business location, business operations center, administrative headquarters, personal and fiscal address, corporate purpose or occupation, business activity, and any other information deemed necessary. 
 
Personal data collected and/or received by MACAI INVEST-IN LLC directly or through our website, application, platform, digital data transfers, or any other medium shall be used exclusively for operation, management, registration, mediation, data exchange, requests for information, service offerings, data verification, billing, payments to our clients and providers, and identification and communication between clients and service providers. They may also be used to rate services provided or received, as well as for communications related to new products, promotions, technical assistance, and other services offered by MACAI INVEST-IN LLC.
If you do not wish for your personal data to be used for the purposes of receiving commercial information, new products, technical support, or advertising, please indicate so expressly through the mechanisms stated in this document. Your refusal to use personal data for the purposes described in this paragraph shall not constitute a reason to deny access to any service or product contracted with MACAI INVEST-IN LLC.


 
MACAI INVEST-IN LLC may transfer your personal data through digital transfers or physically, within or outside the country, to third parties related to the mediation process for identifying individuals or businesses interested in receiving or providing services, as well as to affiliated, subsidiary, or related entities for the purposes described herein. MACAI INVEST-IN LLC will take necessary measures to ensure that individuals handling your personal data comply with the principles and obligations established in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
 
You or your legal representative—who must have the required legal authority—have the right to limit or revoke the use and disclosure of your personal data, as well as the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose their use, in accordance with the ARCO rights established and protected by the LEY FEDERAL DE PROTECCION DE DATOS PERSONALES EN POSESIÓN DE LOS PARTICULARES.

Personal data you provide through our application, website, interfaces, or platforms—whether digital or physical—will be used solely for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice. Our platforms, applications, website, databases, and files collect and store information about users who visit, interact, or navigate through them via cookies, IP addresses, or temporary files, used exclusively for statistical purposes, user profiling, determining user preferences, and improving, streamlining, and optimizing the experience provided by MACAI INVEST-IN LLC.
 
If you did not receive this Privacy Notice personally, you have five business days from the date your data was provided to MACAI INVEST-IN LLC for registration, access, or authentication to express your refusal to allow the use of your personal data as described in this Privacy Notice.
 
For the purposes of allowing you or your legal representative to exercise the rights related to the access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition of the processing and use of your personal data (ARCO rights), or the revocation of consent, you must prove that you are the owner of the personal data provided and that such data is in the possession of MACAI INVEST-IN LLC. This proof shall be provided through the presentation of an official identification or, if applicable, an instrument issued by a Notary Public certifying that you have all the necessary legal authority to request the revocation or processing of the Personal Data of the individual you represent. You must submit a written request in Spanish specifying the purposes for which you seek the processing of your Personal Data (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition) that is held by MACAI INVEST-IN LLC, and you must include in the body of such written request the address where MACAI INVEST-IN LLC may send notifications regarding your request. Once your duly completed request is received, MACAI INVEST-IN LLC will notify you of its response within a maximum period of 15 business days, counted from the business day following the date the request was received.
 
In accordance with the previous paragraph, you must keep in mind that in the event you revoke your consent for the use of your personal data, such data will never be fully revoked. MACAI INVEST-IN LLC may always retain irrevocable access to your personal data, provided such data is requested within the scope of legality by a Judicial, Tax, or Administrative Authority, and in accordance with the legal relationship between you and MACAI INVEST-IN LLC. If you, as a user, provider, client, or service provider, supply us with your personal data, it is understood that you have read, understood, acknowledged, and accepted this Privacy Notice, thereby granting your consent for the provision of the data required by MACAI INVEST-IN LLC, without any error, harm, or coercion that may invalidate this document. Your acceptance includes the proper use and handling of your Personal Data, as well as the transfer, processing, transmission, and storage of such data for the purposes indicated herein, without having expressed any objection.
This Privacy Notice, its possible modifications, and the personal data collected through remote, digital, platform-based, application-based, interface-based, or website-based means will be responsibly published on our website www.ufloat.app.
